As an expat life coach from the UK in Singapore I know well the difficulties when one moves from one country to another. I have been a life coach for over 25 years, and I have coached hundreds of people globally from all walks of life. Moving to Asia is one of the hardest life transitions I have ever had to make. It can be any major life change, but making a move and stepping outside your comfort zone is tough.

My coaching impacts BEING at a deep psychological level. When the BEING shifts, the DOING evolves. I journey with my clients and enable them to see a clear vision for their future and live into their purpose. You will explore life-changing solutions that promote real and lasting transformation, both personally and professionally. I use a holistic approach when working with my clients. Your sessions with me will unfold organically, and each session will be tailored to your needs in-line with what you want to achieve. I will give you specific psychological tools and models to help you anchor each step as you progress. You can expect absolute confidentiality and zero judgement during your coaching journey with me. My work impacts the following areas:

Career performance & development
Relationships, communication & conflict awareness
Leadership & confidence
Stress, anger & grief
Addiction & recovery
Anxiety, fears & phobias
Traumas & depressive disorders

I have a track record of guaranteed results (read my clients’ real success stories). You will get the same results, provided that you are fully committed to change and have a strong desire to shift your current reality. Get in touch to find out more.

Life and Career Transition Coaching

Most people experience career transition at some point of their career journey. The term career transition may refer to the process by which an individual changes from one role to another within the same or to a different company; and it may also refer to a more dramatic career change from one occupational category to an entirely different one. Many people are unhappy in their career for various reasons, they consider career transition with the hope that it will shift their current reality and be happier in what they do in a new environment.

The coaching facilitates the process of you navigating yourself, as you navigate your career, it is about you carving out a career to fit you, versus you fitting yourself into a career. The base line of career transition coaching is addressing and transforming your limiting beliefs. I work with clients in finding a way forward by addressing their limiting beliefs that stop them from achieving fulfillment in the career they say they want. Without this essential foundation (addressing your limiting beliefs), you will move from one job to another, one role to another, one country to another. All that will change is your job, role or country, you will still repeat the same patterns driven by your limiting beliefs and get the same results.

There is a call for support in this area so I developed Life and Career Transition Coaching for expats in Singapore (Expat Coaching Singapore). Every change in life is situational, every transition is psychological. All transitions begin with an ending, this takes time to deal with.

“Wanderer, there is no path, the path is made by walking. By walking one makes the path, and upon glancing behind one sees the track that never will be trod again.”

Here is a testimonial from one of my expat clients in Singapore who completed her Life and Career Transition Coaching (Expat Coaching Singapore):

I found Graham when I was completely lost. We had moved to Singapore for my husband’s job. In Singapore what I discovered instead of ideas and options was frightening emptiness. I found that I did not have a clue who I was – or wanted to be – at all. I had no idea what I wanted to try out, even what I might be interested in. I was sad, tired and demotivated. Graham started finding the root causes for my unhappiness and behaviours. It felt like a very systematic approach to me, one step after another and Graham always made sure that we really nailed down the essence of each step. It was amazing how I suddenly felt like I was actually moving forward! I have never experienced anything like that in any coaching or psychotherapy before. Graham helped me understand my vicious cycle – the ‘meaning’ I created from my past experiences – which made me act the way I did and influenced my decisions. As soon as I was aware of what was going on my ‘new meaning’ slowly unfolded. I suddenly felt connected to myself again, felt more energetic and really motivated to reinvent myself ~Annika, Expat Wife, from Germany.
