At Life Mastery we know your organisation is already successful. We also know that even in very successful organisations there is unrest, competition, gossip, complaining, a ‘them and us’ culture and lack of motivation.
Have a think about your team, your department, your section………….
Do they work together? Do they work well with other teams, departments, sections?
Do they compete with each other? Do they sabotage? Are they productive? Do they take responsibility for their work, for their results, for each other and for their mistakes?
Do they gossip about each other, the management and the other departments?
It is sometimes very difficult to address the issues raised by the questions above. That is just the way it is….right?
Most of the time it is unspoken, most of the time it is in secret, but it is always destructive and it can be very harmful and can cause breakdowns within the departments and within the organisation.
What is the way it is in your organisation?
Here at Life Mastery Training and Development we have designed training workshops that impact this culture and give participants the opportunity to examine who they are BEING in the workplace.
It gives the participants the chance to make a shift and own their role, own their experience at work instead of blaming others and complaining. The training is powerful and it will be like no other training delivered before, it is challenging and will challenge their limiting beliefs but it is also an opportunity to turn around the way the participants see themselves, each other, the team, department and the company.
It is a training that every manager, executive, supervisor, team leader, section head or team member should experience.
Here’s some feedback from one of our clients:
“Graham was recommended to me as a very experienced and empathetic trainer & coach to support me with a very specific personal challenge. We worked together for a period of six months. During this time he was able to bring the new perspective that I was looking for. His direct style, his openness, experience and curiosity were a great support, yet sufficiently challenging to make me rethink some of my views and patterns. I found Graham to be very knowledgeable, passionate about his work yet always deeply caring to ensure a rewarding transformational experience. I very much enjoyed working with Graham and can highly recommend him for your transformational journey.”

Training for Coaches
Life Mastery offers a Coaching Mastery Training Intensive that will support and enhance the skills and learning the coaches/mentors in your organisation already have and develop it to the next level.
If you have teams of coaches or mentors we will deliver a powerful and experiential intensive to enhance their skill base and give them tools to strengthen their ‘coaching foundation’.
This training also works very well when applied to managers who want to develop their awareness when coaching in the work place or teachers/lectures who work with young people and want to take their connection to the next level.
The purpose of this training is to empower coaches, to recognise the skills and qualities they already have and to enhance them using innovative and powerful tools and coaching models.
The participants will add to their coaching ‘tool box’ and walk away with renewed vigor and enthusiasm to coach, mentor and support.
Some feedback on the Coaches Training:
“I have just completed my 2 day coaching training with Graham this weekend. I am quite set in my ways and having been a police trainer for 4 years, so I am used to a completely ‘technological’ style of training, that doesn’t really involve any exploration of you as a person, nor look at the emotional elements. I was extremely cynical of this type of training. I loved it….I have never experienced anything quite like it. Graham was not only one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have encountered, but also one of the most interesting – he answered every single one of my questions with so much detail and confidence. As a direct result of these 2 days, I have successfully resolved an ongoing issue with my housemate regarding money, I have had a fantastic day at work with a colleague that I have been struggling to understand and had a wonderful in depth conversation with my partner, in which he said he has never known me to open up before…I could go on…
Considering I left Graham at 18.15 yesterday – I am shocked and impressed with the amount of impact he has had on me. Many, many thanks for allowing me this opportunity.”
