Coaches’ Training
Life Mastery Coaching Singapore LLP offers a coaches’ training that will support and enhance the skills and learning the coaches/mentors in your organisation already have and develop it to the next level.
If you have teams of coaches or mentors we will deliver a powerful and experiential intensive to enhance their skill base and give them tools to strengthen their ‘coaching foundation’.
Our coaches’ training also works very well when applied to managers who want to develop their awareness when coaching in the work place and want to take their connection to the next level.
The purpose of this training is to empower coaches, to recognise the skills and qualities they already have and to enhance them using innovative and powerful tools and coaching models.
The participants will add to their coaching ‘tool box’ and walk away with renewed vigor and enthusiasm to coach, mentor and support.
This training runs alongside the International Association of Coaching (IAC) Masteries and delivers tools and models to support working with the nine MasteriesTM
